I am looking for the most valid measures (websites) that calculate the impact factor! This because the fact that there are several websites, and one site may show a different ranking of impact factor from another site.
I would suggest to ignore ABS's Academic Journal Guide (AJG). ABS has recently published a 2018 version of the AJG. I have analyzed it in the following blog post and came to the conclusion that it does not reflect the quality of journals in my discipline at all (JCR impact factors seems to be more reliable, but also be careful with such metrics): https://scmresearch.org/2018/03/14/ranking-journals-academic-journal-guide-2018-abs-list/

Thomson Reuters, Scimago Journal & Country Rank (http://www.scimagojr.com) and cite factor (http://www.citefactor.org/) are among few websites for most trusted and reliable source for impact factor assessment
