Muhammad, I think career development would be a good topic. Traditionally, an employees career is part of an organization's HR plan. With contractualization,multi-organization employement, outsourcing, and others, it became the responsibility of an individual to prepare for and develop his career.
The focus currently would be talent management strategy and gen Y. It seems that gen Y are less loyal to organizations as compered to gen X or baby boomers. This is a good research to start in Pakistan I guess.
Intervention Development in the Area of Organizational Behavior is the most emerging. However, an experimental research design is also an essential element to this.
