Could please give more information because as you know in different salinity we have different ions concentration depending of temperature, pH, different type of pollution etc..
In my case, I performed a sampling during one year in a freshwater lake. So, the ideia was investigate how the different seasons could be influence the ion levels present in the gastrointestinal tract content?
Thanks for your reply. I have the water parameters of the lake registered and the ion levels present in the gastrointestinal tract content of fish. So, I will try to determine the relationship between the ion variations and the environmental parameters.
