The key performance indicators in a construction industry depends upon
1. The quantity that you invoice/ cubic meters you build
2. Any initiatives that decreases cost
3. Depending upon the quality with which you work
Even though KPIs are not dealt separately, the aim of this paper is to present a methodology for integrating KPIs in a steelwork con struction project. Differences between construction sector and manufacturing sector are first reviewed through the description of the specificities of the construction sector in terms of organisations and main KPIs.
