Hello

The common language used for DeepLearning is python (with tensorflow, keras, theano, pytorch for example), keras and tensorflow are also available on R. In matlab you can use MatCovNet and I think they would also propose some DeepLearning functionalities on matlab ( https://fr.mathworks.com/solutions/deep-learning.html ).
