I am planning to start my research on the topic " Factors Influencing Project Performance" in construction sector. Your scholarly inputs will help me in my research.
Hi Gopal, public policy, business freedom or practices of good governance will be some prominent factors which influencing on performance of construction project performance. In addition, socio economic environment of the country, specially in selected location cant be neglected. also, skills of the workers, attitudes of the team, availability of resources on time may be some other factors influencing for the project performance.

The performance of the project depends on the inputs. If the project is getting proper inputs in a proper time frame the project will be successful. the inputs are human resources and physical including monitory inputs. I consider the human resources with proper attitude invariably determines the success of the project without any doubt. To get people with good attitude is difficult and involves many other factors

Project for any nature demands a carefully planning for compensation & for this the necessary equipment ,man power ,& the important line is for the personnel who has to undertake responsibility for the project.
Project to be completed in time should not in any way to disturb the working planning for the requirement of necessary ,raw materials ,,equipment ,with the quality control performance .
If the project works in the said methodical working system together with the proper planning will certainly prove to be influence project performance
