Advantages of Centralization Vs Decentralization was a good old topic discussed for decades in management. However, things has changed dramatically in the last 2 decades due to technological, educational, open economic policies and social media. Is the concepts of centralization Vs decentralization that we studied years ago still valid ?...Please advise your thoughts on this.
Centralisation is very important in Multinational company to help develop team work and share the responsibilities to get optimum benefits of the resource persons to do team work to reach the organisational goal

Centralization is not at all effective. It is creating a unipolar world though we are living in a multipolar world. This MNCs are only interested in making money by hook or by crook and creating lot of problems in developing economies like India.They dont follow the rules of the game.In fact they are capable of buying the governments even. This make them powerful and make the people vulnerable. But what is the solution? In my view no solution at sight
