I want to compare the performance of (Radio-frequency identification) RFID and Dedicated short-range communications (DSRC) in a vehicular environment. Can any one help me what are the criteria for this evaluations?

FYI, I am trying to evaluate the performance of these two and compare each other but I'm not sure about the factors and criteria need to be considered.
May be you can compare using these criteria:
*percentage of coverage in VAN (Vehicualr Area Networks);
*MAC protocols of both RFID and DSRC
*percentage of well received messages
*percentage of lost messages

You can compare the succesfull communication rate depending on effective distance between tag and reader and further more: double read rates under different conditions, minimum bumper to bumper distances of cars to achieve a minimum successful communication etc.
