What may be reasons if a motor with ferrite permanent magnet showing
1. low out put at high temperatures( say 100 degree Celsius) even though they are giving good performance at lower temperatures.
2. In another case, at room temperature the out put is low at high rpm test conditions. At low rpm, out put is satisfactory.
It will be helpful if someone can give some suggestions to understand the issues mentioned.

Dear Mahesh,
perhaps you have to take into account the strong decrease of saturation magnetization of ferrites with temperature. This is probably at least a part of the answer to your first question.
