Thanks for your comment Aparna Sathya Murthy . Yeah, GaAs and InP in MEMS structures are definitely making a big impact, especially with miniaturized RF systems. That part made a lot of sense. On the AI side though, I think we’re still a bit far from using it meaningfully in RF design... not just for prediction or post-analysis. The real challenge is getting it to assist in the actual design process, and I don’t see many tools doing that well yet. Still, it’s an interesting angle.
