Hi Dear colleagues

In the cases of drugs intoxication or suicide attempts the clinicians involve with many problem to rescue the subjects and control the hemodynamic and CNS bystander activity. Many drugs have specific antidotes ( alcohol. BDZ, opiate and etc), but a group of them such as barbiturates which are very dangerous and activate GABA receptors for a long time (by sustain opening of chloride ion channel) have no distinct antidote.

Basic clinical therapeutic efforts sometimes are not effective( particularly with delayed in intervention) and patients trapped in hazardous conditions and recovery will be failed. High levels of agent in circulation penetrate to BBB and deep CNS depression occur. At this time what therapeutic challenges should be carried out by medical stuffs?
