We often receive emails from different publishers inviting us to publish our PhD, MS thesis for free. I am wondering who are the most credible publishers with good marketing strategies?

The most credible publishers are probably the ones that aren't in need to spam the world with their dubious offers.
For PhD thesis publications I wouldn't be so stingy to search for a cost-free publication but search for a print publisher that offers good print quality and long-term availability. MS thesis, I don't see the need for a publisher at all, why give away your copyright to someone?
