Basically I need to know about the stages of construction step by step and some definition in each step and roughly explain them

Construction project having 3 stages 1) Formulation 2) Mobilization 3) Construction
Formulation means we have to fix our goal or AIM. we have to check technical feasibility as well as financial feasibility( Cost benefit ratio). if every thing is positive then we go for next stages
Mobilization: - in this stage we have to do planning ,designing, fix the specification, find out quantity, Estimate and make a Tender document. Publish Notice inviting Tender, do the comparative statement of contractor and give Work order to contractor and contractor mobilize the resources
Construction: In this phase we have do Work breakdown structure of construction project. in WBS we have to divide our project in to sub project , task and up to activity then interrelate the activity,do the network, give timing of each activity and then find critical activity and concentrate this critical activity. same way you should follow the principle of PDCA - Plan Do Correction and Action. we have to monitor the project control the project, update the project and complete the project within time, cost, quality and safety
