As we all known that No chemotherapeutic drugs are adverse effects free. Most common side of chemotherapeutic agents are Nausea with or without Vomiting. Chemotherapeutic agents affects every system of body depend on type or class of chemotherapeutic agents are used. Bone marrow suppression and Alopecia are also frequent side effects . But Most of complications of chemotherapeutic agent are reversible ,once you stop the drugs

Most common side effects of chemotherapy is Nausea. Probably second most common side effects are Bone marrow suppression

The most common complication is GIT upset, fatigue and anorexia with subsequent weight loss

While the mist serious is pancytopenia with immune suppression which puts the patient at high risk of fulminant infections .
