What are the changes that must be done in social media campaign to hold customers in prevailing covid-19 situation?
Social media must be truthful and transparent about the dangers of the COVID-19. I have seen social media make statements about the lack of danger of the virus, and this is obviously wrong. Media that wrongly dismiss the dangers of the virus should be exposed and corrected. Otherwise the people listening to this social media are needlessly exposing themselves and other to spread and infection with the virus. The professional advice should be followed and promoted, the experts from the CDC, NIH, Health Departments, etc. who espouse the proper precautions, behaviors, and public hygiene; so that the pandemic is diminished until the vaccine can be given.
