Use of mobile device is hindering learning in classrooms, and a distraction especially for those students who have learning disabilities. How and what are the best possible solutions to mitigate the use of mobile devices in classrooms, without compromising on their learning needs.

It is essentially important for all my students to put off or put in absolute silence their phones during my class. If it rings or vibrate, I will seize it till the end of the class. This has helped a lot. Where the phone must be used, it will be coordinated by me

From my point of view, the mobile must be silent or closed during the lecture and put control cameras to watch the students during the class.
