I am trying to develop online infrastructure at research center in Palestine for research and data management. What are the best cloud-based technologies/or applications that may contribute effectively in enhancing communication and cooperation between researchers?

the tools about are helpful for data collection; storage, sharing, reporting, and publication, maybe data analysis tools were not mentioned. However, it is always a challenge to find the appropriate tools that connect the whole staff which includes researchers, coordinators, graphics designers, data analysts, media, web and IT specialists.
Try to use ubuntu one is a good solution, it is also compatible with Windows and can be used on Android and iOS
