There some academicians that their characteristics are fixed upon the dictation for the direction of research towards the graduate students. From several experiences this attitude could lead to no "real research output". But what is important here is the personal communication plights and practical research deficiencies that are coherent to this type of supervision. I want to know what could be done from the perspective of academic management to reduce such cases and what the best suggestions are for students to deal with in such a situation. This case could be even crucial in PhD researches.
