In the the following paper, they mention the use of methanol in the Kirkwood-Buff forcefield
Article Computational Calorimetry of PNIPAM Cononsolvency in Water/M...
However, when I go to the article where they talk about using KB methanol, it is a united atom force-field. My question is, is there an all-atom topology of methanol present in the KB force-field? In this force-field, is it only the charges that are different, and not the physical constants like harmonic bond constant, dihedrals, etc?
I would appreciate any advice you have for me.
