What are the acceptable methods to measure particle sizes and size distributions of inorganic salt in aqua solutions?

I measured more than 10 kinds of inorganic salts in aqua solution using Zetasizer Nano ZS (Malvern). All the results showed particle sizes and size distributions. Can you please advise me what are the acceptable methods to measure particle sizes and size distributions of inorganic salt in aqua solutions?
