What are some of the Temporary Special Measures (TSM) for for involving women candidates in elections within the Asia Pacific?

I would like to know if there are TSMs to ensure there are active women in Parliament as compared to men because currently, the Pacific has an unstable female representative compared to male after every general elections. So I need answers as to specific TSMs that could suit the Asia Pacific society, plus any if TSM been applied outside of the Asia Pacific region.
