One of the most promising applications of graphene is in the field of flexible electronics. Graphene-based devices, such as OFETs (organic field-effect transistors), are able to bend and flex without losing their electrical properties. This makes them ideal for use in wearable and flexible electronics, such as bendable smartphones and smartwatch displays. Graphene-based OFETs are also being developed for use in large-scale flexible electronics, such as roll-up displays and e-paper.
