Having completed the Meca Sapiens system architecture to implement self-awareness, I plan to launch a new and complimentary research direction to develop an abstract representation of "learning" as it applies to synthetic beings and polarized environments (as defined in the Meca Sapiens architecture).
I am looking for a conceptual structure that captures, at the abstract level, all the fundamental aspects and types of the learning process.

How about a perspective that does not describe ANY learning process in all-abstract terms, even for the most abstract conceptualizations!? This might be best for a machine. What you describe is more suitable, in my view, to understand human learning and, correctly even abstract representations eventually are grounded in concrete mechanisms.
WRT the question I raise, it is in a context of a strict top-down implementation strategy of purely synthetic structures. What I am investigating right now are models that are detached from specific learning mechanisms, whether human or synthetic.
