I am analyzing gene expression in Neuroblastoma tissues (CCLG) and for miRNAs I tried to use U6 as internal control. It works well for neuroblastoma cells but I am having very unstable expression across the different tissues. Does someone have experience with miRNA RT-qPCR in neuroblastoma tissues or other human tissues?
