Higher education has been most effected due to covid 19. Authorities of educational institution needs to take innovative steps to engage employees to improve their performance.
Financial support for both the institution and the teachers. Creation of conditions (material and technical base) for the successful implementation of the curriculum

My views and observations to improve the employee engagement in higher education are..
1. Authority /Freedom : The higher educational institutions should give freedom to the employees on the course design, teaching method (s) and evaluation.
2. Access : HE institutions should facilitate the students - by giving free high speed internet data/apps to the needy students. So that the teachers will be able to deliver their lectures effectively.
3. Training: many employees are not computer savvy. They should be given adequate training on various issues connected with online education.
4. Counselling: Teachers should be given medical advice/ counselling as they are, for the first time, teaching without establishing eye-contact.
I think suitable decisions on these issue will play a key role in better employee engagement.
I think during COVID19, the best thing to do is to make the work easier from home for all professors and employees. By strength the internet and giving them more training about new technologies for communication.
I agree well with Prof. dr. Yoganandan G in addition to intensifying development courses related to employee bonuses and promotions and making them compulsory, as is the case with scientific promotions, as well as taking courses in the test a prerequisite for successfully passing the course with an award of thefirst and second successes.
There should be programs to help with challenges being faced by academics during this time. Mental health, flexibility with the mode of lecturing & meetings, etc.

'Employee engagement' usually comes from motivation. Motivation is something that is intrinsic. Therefore, it is very difficult to do anything by the authorities of higher education to improve on employee engagement. What they can do is create an environment where an employee may be helped to develop motivation and thereby ensure engagement. Four such ways have been pointed out by Professor Yoganandan G I endorse these four ways.

Hay q buscar alternativas para q todos los estudiantes puedan acceder a las asignaturas, utilizar consultas virtuales, interacción por las plataformas y aplicaciones como el whatssap, el messenguer, el telegam, etc, correo electrónico, el teléfono, etc con el objetivo de comunicarse e interactuar con los estudiantes.
