What will be the solution, if voltage sag is occurred by switching on a workstation or computer (powered by ATX power supply) which is getting 230V, 50Hz AC power from an inverter (12 V single battery). Which device should be used (in between them) to fix the (continuous, 2-4 Hz) flickering lights?

DSTATCOM or other Custom Power devices can provide voltage sag compensation but there are still expensive.
On-Line UPSs can be used to protect susceptible devices.
Dear Manish, I guess it is a grid-off AC system fed by an 12VDC/230VAC inverter. Anyway, supposing that you are talking about connection of such appliances to the circuit, then the drop is related to the charging of a capacitor in DC circuit in the PC power supply. You can try to employ a resistor connected to the PC power supply AC input attenuating charging current. For such load I recommend to use a termistor of proper rating. But at the same time you noted that it lead to continous flickering of a lamp with estimated frequency of 2-4 Hz. Thus the origin will be somewhere else since the voltage is affected by a fluctuation (periodical) instead of a single event (voltage drop). If so, there is an interference between the inverter and the load resulting in such voltage variation. Nevertheles I am wondering if the fluctuation is purely periodical. A measurement of instantaneous voltage behaviour would be helpfull to clarify what is going on. May be it would be also a solution to use a lamp of higher immunity to such voltage disturbances. What kind of lamp do you use (exact typ, manufacturer, etc.)?

After reading the second answer - "there is an interference between the inverter and the load resulting in such voltage variation." I have decided to do an experiment . Since computer motherboard gets DC power supply from the power supply unit. So Power supply unit should be the actual load of AC circuit. Keeping this fact in mind, I have searched another ATX power supply unit in the market.
Differences between both Power Supply Units:
1. Normal 450W PSU- Input (230V, 50-60Hz), Output {(+3.3V, 5A), (+5V, 8A), (+12V, 11A), (+5VSB, 2A), (-12V, 0.3A)}.
2. High-End 600W PSU - Input (230V, 50-60Hz, Current: 5A), Output {(+3.3V, 20A), (+5V, 20A), (+12V, 46A), (+5VSB, 2.5A), (-12V, 0.3A)}.
When I use 600W power supply unit alongwith inverter - Fluctuation occurs and All lights start flicker.
But when I use 450W power supply unit alongwith inverter - Everything appears to be okay.
More output current form 600W PSU may be one of the reason. but how and why, I can not understand. May be, this is a power war between two transformers, One is converting 12V DC (from 150ah tubular battery, with 1100VA PURE SINE WAVE inverter, Efficiency (on battery mode) : >80%, battery charger current: Standard : 10A ± 1A, High : 14A ± 1A) to AC ( 180V~260V, 50Hz) and another one is converting that AC into 12V DC with high current. (any explanation?)
Yes, It is a off-grid AC system. Lamps which are used - LEDs & CFLs.
When 600W PSU gets direct AC from power grid -- There is no fluctuation and lights are normal.
