I have data temperature precipitation foodgrains can we use 3 variables one dependable foodgrain and 2 independent for forecasting or tell me some valuable suggestion.

I think you need to use the crop time series model for your analysis since you want to look at the effect of the meteorological parameters on the crop production.
And for the prediction, I'm afraid u need to have more parameters like technology application, fertilizer application, solar radiation etc for u to have a good prediction on the effect of the climate change on the food grains.
