Hello, if anyone can help , I am using CMHYD as a tool for bias correction. I use observed data 2006-2019, and cordex downloaded data 1981-2100 . I get No error for the file of observed Nor the evaluation file, but when I click check files I get this error in the terminal

Instances of such issues typically arise due to either an empty line or the presence of improper characters within the specified line. To address this, it is advisable to open the file using MS Excel and locate the problematic line/row within the listed data. Subsequently, verify whether the numerical entry conforms to the standards stipulated by CMHyd. Suppose discrepancies are identified, even if the entry adheres to the standard. In that case, it is recommended to manually remove the existing number from the respective row and re-enter it following CMHyd specifications. This process should be repeated for all lines/rows exhibiting similar discrepancies, with the expectation that this corrective action will resolve the issue.

If you use the observed data 2006-2019 the overlap period is not enough. To do the bias correction the overlap period is more than 80%. Therefore, the historical and observed data will be sufficient to get the correct. If you use 100% overlap period I am sure you get the perfect extracted data.
