I have already input my data to Anifs (adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system)analysis using matlab, and the software could provide me Rules and mfi, and the figure of anfis output for the input data. is there any easy method to get directly the digital predicted values of the input data?

Did you try using a higher number of rules with different types of membership functions (e.g. gaussmf, gbellmf etc.) with the ANFIS model, using MATLAB, to see if probably you would obtain your predicted result?

You could use the following function
Output=evalfis (name. your fis), and you will get your output results.
