Trees release water vapour from surface of leaves through the process called transpiration. The released water vapour rises up in the atmosphere and forms clouds and then returns to Earth in form of rain. Thus, we get rains because of trees.
It is rain first before the trees, the physical before the biological. The trees will give rise to rain with transpiration but rain first sustains the tree.
Both .. its a cycle.. what we are giving we will get it back.. trees are giving water in form of water vapors from surface of leaves and this water which was evaporated will come back in form rain.. this rain water again required for the growth of tree..
This is something like Egg or Chick first !! Very tricky question. Rain is dependent on trees and the trees are dependent on rains. Hence RAIN & TREES are interdependent.
