When a Building Information Model (BIM) is delivered to a client at the end of the construction stage, there is a need to transfer the COBie data into FM software applications such as the Building management System and the Asset Management system. Is anyone aware of research that looks at the transfer process, the tasks involved and the issues that arise in the data transfer?

There is research that mentions the "COBie Challenge" and other publications that have mentioned some of the specific issues with transfer but I haven't seen any that entirely focus on the transfer.
