I am doing pilot study, for which I want to do validity test both convergent and divergent, tools want to use are SPSS and AMOS. for validity test in AMOS I draw a diagram (model ) containing error terms, all the variables and linked them with uni and bi-directional arrows. Now i do not know how to assign values to them to get validity results. In some videos i saw that i should input some tables like standardized regression weight table and correlation table etc . but i do not know in total how many this kind of tables i need , how to make them , and how to put them in AMOS to find validity of instrument.
Generally, different types of tables are used in SEM based papers:
Raliability and Validity Analysis (Having valies of factor loadings and Alpha)
Model Fitness indices (Results of model fitness related to measurement model and structural model)
Correlation analysis and descriptive statistics
Regression table
Mediation or moderation table in case of complex model.

The easiest way to calculate the convergent and discriminant validity is using a macro tool developed by James Gaskin- he uploads a lot of tools on youtube which make the process very easy. All you need to do is copy paste the correlation and standardised regression weights into the macro sheet on excel created by him and run. The final tabulation is all automatic and extremely easy.
