Hello everybody,
I am trying to download the top2psf.pl script from the VMD script library (https://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/script_library/scripts/top2psf/) but I am getting an error from the server:
¨internal server error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Is there anyone who owns this script and could tell me how reliable it is for converting gromacs martini parameters to charmm36?

it does good conversation between gromacs top/itp files and psf/pdb formats.
Another good tool to convert formats is parmed:
