Sir you said very true that technological advancements greatly influence the balance of power among global superpowers by enhancing military and economic capabilities. They improve weapon accuracy, increase surveillance, and drive economic growth through innovation. These advancements also shape global governance by setting international norms and facilitating diplomacy. However, they can also exacerbate inequalities, introduce security risks, and raise ethical concerns, making their impact both powerful and complex.

The world is now increasingly facing geopolitical fragmentation shifting the toward multi-polar world order. Previously we had the US and ally and Russia and ally, and now the situation is changing as we can see rising power of China, India and Middle East. Technological advancements are primarily developed by developed countries. As they have high level of wealth and capital, global superpowers may be divided among the mentioned countries. This may somehow inspire small countries to take side particular superpower countries or it may change the pattern of relations with superpower countries from now on.
