Tinea cruris and Fluconazole?

Good Day

A patient suffering from ringworm.

He went General Physician prescribed Capsule Fluconazole 150 mg one weekly for 2 weeks with topical Azole cream.

Improved but again come by another 2 weeks.

Again go to medical officer of outdoor clinic.

This time Capsule Fluconazole 150 mg one weekly for 4 weeks with topical Azole cream.

Improved but one week later ringworm again come back.

Do any body has idea regarding Fluconazole resistant ringworm and its' management?
