Firstly time is absolute when the object is at rest position the time will increase gradually as time second by second going on as well as time is always adding irrespective of in which space the object exists.
Secondly time is relative when the objects are moving due to the observer seeing the object that which is moving in a relative space-time.

Sir, No method can sense the nature of existence because its total disorder in orderly in environment how can a sensor sense and name it time sirs.

Time is an immaterial (energetic) substance that materializes all the structures of our Universe, which is an integral part of Infinity. A mathematical description of the structure of Time is described in detail in the theory of physical observable quantities by Abraham Zelmanov. In particular, it is shown there that the rate of time of the observer, including its stopping and reverse motion, is determined by two factors: the magnitude of the gravitational field at the observation site; 2) the rotation of the observer's frame of reference. The observed time stops if the total effect of these factors is equal to the total energy of the observed body E = mc^2. If it is greater than this value, then the observer has the opportunity to observe the future. The past and the future are mirror images of each other relative to the present moment.
