Cancer is commonly known as a disease of the genes, a definition that emphasizes the importance of analyzing tumor-associated in value of genomes expression. Although the great expectation in the benefits of analyzing genomes in the cancer cells to obtain a strategy to control tumor, numerous challenges are still existed. Today there are several projects in the world to compile genomic information related to cancer and the recent focus in sequencing technology reveals the high importance of the project. Despite of high advances in technology and analysis in genome sequences, it seems cancer is more indomitable than could be control it. Today we know some genomes that they have played an important role in some cancers, but it seems, it is not enough.

The key point which has been missed is that each gene lives in a cell with the other genes. They interact regulatory effect on each other. Some genes could have an up-regulate or down-regulate on some other genes. So a collective behavior could be emerged from these complex interactions. In other side, this emergence also effects to each value gene expression. In this case we have a network of correlation between genes expression. Where each gene is a node and their regulatory effect to other genes are links. These links could be zero, positive or negative.

Our results show that the secret of the difference between normal and tumor cells is in their collective behaviors which we can follow it in some properties in their network. To test the model we used the public dataset Prostate cancer, gene expression data from a public microarray dataset available through NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database (GDS2545).
