These days I’m working on a project which relate to the thermal comfort issue. But I face with some problems in my simulation process. My explanation is expressed below and I appreciate if you could help me. I have searched and googled many resources but I couldn’t find something.
I have an operating room model. I want to take PMV and PPD contour in fluent. Now my question is that, how can I get this?
I need the PMV and PPD code in fluent. I get its parameter from ASHRAE 55 but I don’t know how to program it? Or if accessible for you please guide me overcome this problem.
And also please tell me should I use this code before calculation or after that?

You have to define a 'user-defined memeory' and store your variable in that memory slot. Then you can plot it. I think you have to define it in your UDF code.
You have to use the code after the calculation. So after finishing the simulation, you run the code, then a new variable will be defined under 'user-defined memory', and after that you can plot its contours.

I hope you are doing well. There is an interesting extension for Ansys Workbench to calculate PMV and PPD inside Ansys Fluent. You have to download and install this extension to Ansys workbench and then you can use it to calculate PMV and PPD inside your Fluent software.
