Dear Prof. The active constituents like sterols, triterpenes,.... etc.
Dear Ashraf,
Your question is too vague.
But yes, you have a relationship between the chemical nature of the active constituants and bioactivity.
I can only speak about a field in which I have a certain expertise, i.e. cancer biology.
If there is no relationship between the chemical structure and bioactivity, therefore the compound is toxic, like sulfuric acid.
I could maybe better help you if you come back with a more precise question.
Best regards
Robert
Thanks a lot.
I ask about indole alkaloids and diterpene
best regards,
Ashraf
Yes Ashraf, you will certainly find a relationship / correlation.
However, as always, it is not possible to obtain a "crystal clear" response in cancer cell biology.
You have for example to go to the Scopus database and to search for SAR studies in oncology with your compounds of interest.
Could you please, if i want to induce burn: first, second and third degree. (for high quality paper)?
