I am working on application of soft computing technique to my problem. But i am not sure about its feasibility or working. Conferences are good platform to exchange ideas and avail feedback. Can i submit a paper based on the theoretical idea/raw idea of my proposed model to any conference. My doubt is can we publish any work without its implementation or results as a study or analysis paper. My intention is i would like to get some feedback on the idea from the experts in the field.
