I have analysed the solid acids having both Brönsted and Lewis acid sites. I have calculated both acid sites, but the summation of these acid sites is not matching with those obtained from NH3-TPD. Few research papers reported the comparable range of acid sites. I know, of course, it is not always true that both total acid site loading on acid catalysts need to be same with the sum of the Brönsted and Lewis acid sites.
