The question of three vials as musteers (Protein, DNA, RNA without label)

Indian philosophers used say that every thing is myth. Mr oberaoi stated that three vials and comment on identification of three without doing any thing. 1 is protein, 2 is DNA and 3 is RNA. After some time DNA undergo alkaline hydrolysis. Even hydrolysis can not be detected with naked eye. Only monks can speak the right. Can you add any reagent? Ninhydrin or Biuret, Diphenylamine and acid, Orcinol and acid. Can they help at least for naked eye identification?
