There are many objects in electrical engineering. Among these objects there are very important primitive objects that stand behind the operation of many elements, devices, components of the diverse systems in electrical engineering including communications.
Would you please name the two most important primitive objects from your point of view?

Thank you for your contribution to share us with your useful opinions.The objects which i intend are very elementary. Yes you may be right from your point of view that the junctions are the most important primitive objects as they are the building units of the electronic devices which led to tremendous advancements in electronic engineering.
Thank you Dr. for sharing this question with us. In an analogy with water distribution, mankind faced difficulties for ages in distributing water and civilizations which cared to transfer water over long distances like the Arab Napatines (Petra-Jordan) had to insure that the canal must be leveled all over because they did not thought of the closed piping principle. Similarly, the most important primitive in electrical/electronic engineering is the principle of the closed electric circuit. Mankind, as well, knew electricity, at least the static electricity form, for ages as well, however, the real benefits of electricity came when we had it transferred it using a closed circuit. We may not appreciate this nowadays because it is an intuitive primitive for us. But at earlier times it was difficult even to visualize. At some time in my school days I was interested in science and electricity history, I can't remember the details, but I remember that one scientist had to prove this closed circuit principle to some king. He had a number of poor "prisoners" to close the path between two highly charged (one positively and one negatively charged balls) using their bare hands. To this closed circuit principle we attribute Oersted discovering his principle and Faraday having his law,..etc.
I agree that the second most important primitive can be the p-n junction which opened wide the electronics era. Thanks. @AlDmour.
In addendum to the answer from Ismat Aldmour: The closed circuit need an alignment between source of energy and consumption of energy. I appropriate the two-terminal circuit as this primitive object. This is for electrical engineering a meaningful solution.

It is now my turn to contribute to the answer of my question.
The most important primitive objects in electrical engineering are the electron and the photon. The electrons constitute the mobile charged particles of electricity.Because of their tiny mass and their charge they are very controllable and very mobile.They are conveyor of electricity. The other object is the photons as packets of electromagnetic waves they are capable to propagate with the speed of light. Electromagnetic waves are used as a conveyor of signals carrying information in the space and air.
