Relativity theory of A.Einstein says that the light is not instantaneous, even it takes 8 min 20 sec to reach on earth from sun which strongly proofs that the Newtonian theory was incorrect. But my question is "how much time light will take to reach at sun from the earth ?"

Light doesn't care which direction it is travelling in.
It take the same time to go from the Sun to the Earth, as it takes to go from the Earth to the Sun.
No measurement of the speed of light has shown a dependence on direction.

I am not quite sure what you mean by 'light is independent of gravitational field'.
It is well-established that light suffers a gravitational redshift when leaving a gravity well (and conversely a blue-shift when 'falling' into one). And there is a tiny lag, associated with the passage *in either direction* through a gravitational field - the eponymous Shapiro delay.
But the direction of travel has no influence on the duration of the light's passage.

I am simply relaying the mainstream understanding regarding light's motion - it is not for me to prove that there are factors making light 'independent of gravitation' - what I am saying is that there is no theoretical basis for a direction-dependent change in speed, nor is there evidence for such.
(re: the Shapiro delay: the original poster is describing (I think) an effect whereby the direction of travel is a factor).
