My first impression is that it is a legit and genuine publisher. They have a link with the Taylor & Francis Group https://www.jennystanford.com/contact-us/ which looks comforting.
You might give it a go.
Best regards.
PS. An estimate for the legitimacy of a book publisher is whether it can be found here: http://wokinfo.com/mbl/ If you type Jenny Stanford and the former name Pan Stanford you get a substantial number of hits.
I can attest to the veracity of Jenny Stanford Publishing. They published my Nanotechnology bibliography in 2018 and just sent my history of medicine bibliography to the printer last week. They have a good editorial staff and were particularly helpful and understanding when my work stalled during the pandemic. The books they publish are regularly cited in journal articles, dissertations/theses, and books. The fact that they've forged distribution deals with major publishers such as Taylor & Francis speaks well for their reputation.
