Here my question is, i have a 3 to 5 factors if the response is based on the percentage contribution of these factors means, which test is useful??? whether MIxture or response surface??

Actually I have not yet known the mixture design before, now I often use RSM for design experiments. For me, this is an effective method to evaluate the impact of these factors on experimental results, including the individual effects and the interactions between the factors. Besides, we can optimize experimental conditions to achieve the value of the requested response function. I think that you do not need to worry about the percentage contribution of these factors , if the value such as P-value, LOF, R^2, adjusted R^2, prediction R^2 are quite good, you can believe absolutely your result.
