I am PhDr. Alzbeta Simon, a PhD student at Selye János University. My dissertation is titled "The Impact of Technostress on Organizational Functioning." Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. habil. Andrea Bencsik, we are conducting a study aimed at examining organizational technostress. For this survey, we have adapted the original questionnaire by Tarafdar, Ragu Nathan, and their research team. Please answer all the questions.
