If we want to keep using technologies we must abandoning Artificial intelligence. unless we found a way to control it which is unlikely to happen. Some rules must be adopted to band or control AI the issue here is do we have the right to make rules to band or control the AI in the name of law?
I believe this particular question is being asked based on ideas gotten from Sci-Fi movies, however, it is wise not to readily equate such ideas with reality. As it stands now, the development of AI, while admittedly has been considerable, is still in its early stages and such, its threat to the human race has not ascertained. Moreover, I honestly doubt that any developer would allow it to get to that, so I can categorically say it is safe to calm your nerves.

Your view on Artificial intelligence (AI) is improper, wheather you think it technically or emotionally.
First of all, I must state that the opinion that I will then express stems from my status as a Roman Catholic. It seems that Artificial Intelligence could replace human activity in multiple professional spheres, which - some - present as a beneficial effect, consistent with what we could describe as the "emancipation” of the burden of work. Such an idea, if I am not mistaken, would derive from a punitive vision of Work, as a kind of curse that falls upon Man. But -in my opinión- this is an error; this is a misunderstanding of the role that plays Work in relation to Man; in relation to Human Being. Because Work is not a burden for Man, but a factor that contributes to the fullness of the Human Being: Man progresses -and progresses individually- in the strictly humanistic level because He Works.
If One reads Genesis, Work is mentionned not as a punishment, but as an essential task for Man being a Man, and to honor Creation and God themselves.
The relationship between Man, Work and Punishment refers to the need to work for a wage; for earning a living, but originally Work was not a punishment.
So, if not a punishment, Work is a right, a right itself; not only a right to earn a living: a right to improve as a Human Being. Consequently, it does not seem true and accurate to speak of a - not false, but very questionable - emancipation from Labor, and - for this reason - I think it is justified that there should be an opposition to a process that would deprive the Human Being of such a transcendental right for his own being, at least in the measure that the right to work could be totally supressed.
Anyway, this my own interpretation, and does not reflects the oppinion of Roman Catholic Church, which I do not represent.
