I need to understand an important issue. I`m sorry if I misunderstood what is meaning by : or in next pregnancy.
How many children for each parents who visit family planning clinic (& choice of birth control?. I think 1 - 2 children for each parents.
So why the table of tetanus toxoid in pregnancy refer to 3 or 4 times pregnancy in 4th & 5th dose of this vaccine.
*** I think is to remove sentence (or next pregnancy) unless there are failed pregnant history like still birth or abortion or delayed in 1st visit or artificial milk so short pregnancy spacing ( inter-pregnancy interval ).
** In detail :
1st dose : in 1st visit (delayed / missed in developing countries)
2nd dose : after 4 weeks
3rd dose : after 6 months .......... or next pregnancy
4th dose : after 1 year .......... or next pregnancy
5th dose: after 1 year .......... or next pregnancy
