Test standard to detect impurities in Li2CO3, NiSO4, CoSO4, MnSO4 for lithium-ion battery application.

I am looking for a standard test procedure to detect impurities in Li2CO3, NiSO4, CoSO4, and MnSO4.

I would like to know the test standards associated with all the above materials, like the test standard for Li2CO3 is YS/T 582-2013. It could be GB standard or ISO standard.

Please help me with reference where these standards are mentioned for lithium-ion battery applications (journal articles or any other secondary articles).

Please help me with an authenticated source to download all these standards.
